Do you enjoy running in the great outdoors and taking on new challenges? The Périgord Noir a comprehensive range of trail running routes, designed to provide variety in terms of both distance and difficulty, set against ever-changing landscapes. The Périgord Noir 20 marked trail routes , offering a wide variety of routes between the Dordogne Valley and the Vézère Valley.
Around Sarlat, the Sarlat Trail Station Campagnac brings together eight trails totaling nearly 135 km, with varying levels of difficulty, from beginner to more intense training.
On the Vézère Valley side, 12 trails cover more than 170 km of recently marked trails around Bugueand Les Eyzies, Rouffignac, Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère and Montigna-Lascaux .
Distances, elevation changes, and varied terrain make for a balanced offering, allowing everyone to find their own pace, between open plateaus, woodlands, and more rugged valleys.
