Our must-see bike routes Cycling along the Vézère From Coly to Limeuil, this route follows the meandering Vézère river, offering landscapes of rare serenity. Between listed villages such as Saint-Amand-de-Coly and prehistoric gems, each stop is a journey into history and natural beauty. The section between Saint-Chamassy and Les Eyzies follows a greenway, ideal for a family outing, while the Les Eyzies - Coly section follows a more challenging cycle route.

Want to explore the Périgord Noir mountain bike? The region offers a structured range of trails accessible to all levels, with 33 FFC-certified mountain bike trails covering more than 750 km of marked paths. Classified by color (green, blue, red, black), the circuits are suitable for families as well as experienced mountain bikers. Rolling paths, forest trails, hilly terrain, or more technical sections: everyone can adapt the distance and difficulty to suit their mood on the day.

The Périgord Noir a comprehensive trail running program, designed to provide a variety of routes and difficulty levels, set against ever-changing landscapes. The Périgord Noir 20 marked trail running routes, offering a wide variety of trails between the Dordogne Valley and the Vézère Valley. Around Sarlat, the Sarlat Campagnac Trail Station features 8 trails totaling nearly 135 km, with elevation
